I've got some news about our beloved $5.00 pizza selling Deli News!!! OOOOOOOHHHHHH my goodness! They have the most AZAMING "cookies", more like a cake-cookie-bit of heaven in your mouth! They come with coconut middles and peanut butter middles. I had the coconut middle and I am not a coconut person and I went NUTS!

Ask KT...he is not happy about my new find.

I noticed them and asked the lady/owner what they were, she explained to me that I was VERY lucky that they were even available at this hour (8:45pm) because she sells out before the first hour EVERY DAY!!!!! So...if you are a Deli News regular and you are asking yourself why you have never seen these beauties, this is why. I of course HAD to partake. I immediately bought every single one she had left! She told me about the peanut butter option, and I am quite anxious to sample one of those beauties since I am a peanut butter person. But my coconut dreams will have to do for now.

I can't wait for an excuse to place an order...

My bestest little gal is 2 today. I have been bawling my eyes out all morning. Time sure FLIES when you're having fun!

SO..."the lemon bars"...

Seriously, the best thing that has EVER hit my taste buds. My dream meal would be Cafe Rio and then one of "the" lemon bars to follow.

I have a friend who runs her own Baking Co out of her home. I heard about her through the grape vine several times. Someone was always speaking of this "BEST EVER" cinnamon roll or that "BEST EVER" brownie so I had to search and find. I love desserts and I love to entertain so she sounded like a dream come true for me.

Linda Jones is my dream come true. I LOVE her. I called her this morning and asked for a tray of brownies for tonight and she said, "when do you want to pick them up?" SO SO EASY!!!

She bakes... bread (everyone DIES over her bread), cinnamon rolls (I DIED over her cinnamon rolls... I had them at a friend's house and almost cried), brownies (trying them tonight), cakes (I ordered a red velvet Christmas cake and my family is still thanking me), you name it and she bakes it. What ever you LOVE, you will LOVE ten times more once she makes it.

Ladies...sit down...it gets BETTER. Linda posts "specials" every week on facebook!!!! You leave a comment and pick it up! That easy! AND, everything is made the day of pick up.

So...find Linda Jones under my facebook friends and your life will be full of Joy in your tummy! She lives right here in Long Beach and her house is right on the corner, so accessible!

When the hubs are away...

And poor Mr Thompson is not out of town and wonders when he'll get his wife back. We sent him out for donuts and then off to a man movie.

So we could have an eating party with Ashley just b/c we could.

Our kids have had a BLAST...this is the most time they've spent together since Audrey was born.

When all was done...this is all that was left.

The lemon bars need an entire post of their own...

Well...I'll have to admit I was SUPER jealous of Rozlyn as the show started off tonight. But...then she went out slut-style so I don't have to be jealous anymore.

Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve I had my family over for dinner. I didn't get a chance to take any pictures so all I have are the few pictures these two crazy girls took with my camera. Later Christmas eve night miss Audrey threw up a white creamy substance ALL OVER HER CRIB! After viewing my camera the next day, I realized what that might have been...

Audrey's Christmas Sunday

Audrey had the funnest Christmas Sunday. We had breakfast over at my mom's where Audrey picked up her Christmas dress before church and opened an early Christmas present (per Williford 'early opening' tradition). We had the most beautiful Sacrament Presentation and then Audrey enjoyed a little Christmas party in nursery. Audrey brought home and enjoyed her first candy cane. Big thanks to Katherine Christensen for the cute Christmas take-homes! It was a wonderful Christmas Sunday.
