SO..."the lemon bars"...
Seriously, the best thing that has EVER hit my taste buds. My dream meal would be Cafe Rio and then one of "the" lemon bars to follow.
I have a friend who runs her own Baking Co out of her home. I heard about her through the grape vine several times. Someone was always speaking of this "BEST EVER" cinnamon roll or that "BEST EVER" brownie so I had to search and find. I love desserts and I love to entertain so she sounded like a dream come true for me.
Linda Jones is my dream come true. I LOVE her. I called her this morning and asked for a tray of brownies for tonight and she said, "when do you want to pick them up?" SO SO EASY!!!
She bakes... bread (everyone DIES over her bread), cinnamon rolls (I DIED over her cinnamon rolls... I had them at a friend's house and almost cried), brownies (trying them tonight), cakes (I ordered a red velvet Christmas cake and my family is still thanking me), you name it and she bakes it. What ever you LOVE, you will LOVE ten times more once she makes it.
Ladies...sit down...it gets BETTER. Linda posts "specials" every week on facebook!!!! You leave a comment and pick it up! That easy! AND, everything is made the day of pick up.
So...find Linda Jones under my facebook friends and your life will be full of Joy in your tummy! She lives right here in Long Beach and her house is right on the corner, so accessible!
