This Week

I was introduced to the mission tortilla factory at Disneyland and it is one of my new fav. places. You see a five minute film, watch the tortillas be made and enjoy a fresh, melt in your mouth, hot off the press, tortilla (we were lucky enough to get flour, if it were corn I would not be posting this). Audrey devoured hers. Audrey visited her favorite friends at her favorite place...or maybe my favorite place.

This Week

Audrey was babysat by aunt Rachie and this is how I found them. They had a work out.

When we are at home I have a really hard time getting Audrey to eat. She will usually eat if I fill her tray on her walker and just let her roam around in it. Now she refuses to sit inside the walker but will eat if she walks around pushing it or climbing on it.

Audrey was caught eating a raw potato. She won't eat regular food but she'll sit down and eat a raw potato.

Today

Today Audrey and I attended my great Aunt Faye's funeral. It was just lovely. Afterwards we shared my favorite BBQ sandwich at Lucille's. Audrey had so much fun playing on the chairs out front so I took some pics.

We are also so happy today because Dada is coming home. He has been away for work and we missed him so much. I wanted to do something special for KT to show him how much I missed him so I threw away a few pairs of shoes. Throwing things away is like giving Kyle a present.

Latest

We have just been working on our walking, blowing our favorite little flute and enjoying a favorite new sippy cup.

About five minutes ago Audrey took her first steps. She took about five steps...I don't think she even knows she did it but it's a start!!!! Dada is so glad he was here to see it.
